Frequently Asked Questions

We accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of your package being delivered to you. We currently only offer store credit for returns. Your item must be unworn and have no damages or odors. Items that are heavily scented with perfume or scented laundry detergent or appear damaged or worn do not qualify for returns. If we receive your return outside of the 14 day period you do not qualify for store credit. Store credit will be issued to your account once the item is processed.

Please expect 5-9 business days for your order to be made, processed and shipped. It may take up to 9 business days to receive your order however most packages arrive sooner. Everything on our site is currently made to order
Yarrow Studio LLC DBA Yarrow Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are unable to assist with lost packages as once it leaves our facility it is out of our hands. We will do our best to guide the customer if loss or damage should occur in transit. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with USPS and other shipping couriers.

For 5 years Yarrow Goods designed and printed everything in house in Northern California- however due to recent shifts we now have partnered with a third party fulfillment center so everything on our site is currently made to order. We are excited about this partnership which will minimize waste and unused inventory.
All tee shirts are currently made using DTG methods (direct to garment)
