Q & A
Why hasn't my item shipped? I haven't received any updates? We are a very small company and are currently running on a made-to-order basis due to demand. This means your purchase probably is a pre-order and has a lead time of 1-8 weeks. Next to your size that you purchased if you hover over the pre-order button it will say how long your item will take to ship to you from the time you ordered it. We ask that you pay attention to this when purchasing and have patience during this time. We have not forgotten about you and you will receive tracking once it has shipping.
What is pre-order and what is the lead time?
Because production is limited right now due to COVID, you can expect your order to ship anywhere from 1-8 weeks from purchase. We realize this is a wide window but these are unprecedented times and supplies are limited currently. We will do our best to fulfill your order as soon as possible.
What is your sizing like? We use different blank garments for almost every single design. This means there will be variations in every pieces. Many of them are also sewn with care by hand so please expect variations in each style and piece. Each listing will have a size chart next to it , please refer to that for specific measurements.
Women! Because most of our shirts are unisex this means they are oversized. They are not going to fit like a fitted women's tee (unless you get our women's style) please pay attention to the listing and read size notes. They will fit more like a men's / boyfriend cut shirt. Our fit is intended to feel vintage, easy and oversized. Rather than find the flaws and return the shirt because you think it's not the perfect fit we invite you to admire and grow to love this non-fitted look that will wash well and feel softer and softer with age. We feel this is part of it's charm. Also, it is literally impossible to find a one-style-looks-amazing-on-everyone.
Returns click here. We accept returns within 14 days of being delivered to you. Anything beyond 14 days is final sale. Discounted items are considered final sale.
Where do you source your garments?
Our company started during an unfortunate time in production (COVID-19 Pandemic) which means garment sourcing and supplies are limited- we found some super sturdy and well made pieces that are either made in the United States, Pakistan, China, or Honduras. For the pieces made outside the USA many of them have ethical sourcing standards and are WARP Gold Certified. We aim to eventually move entirely to USA sourcing once production is back to normal, but for now we source from several places.
Where are you garments printed?
Our garments are printed in Santa Rosa California in small batches. All garments are printed by one-by-one. We print in very small batches and do not have a warehouse with stock. This currently is almost a made-to-order model. This way there is no waste and we can learn what our customer base is buying and plan accordingly. We are still small but hope to keep it that way as we grow.
Do you offer sizes not listed?
We plan to expand to children's sizing and extended sizes in the future. Please email us with any specific questions. Because we do not actually sew the garments currently we do not have full control over the current range of sizes.
