PLEASE read our policy below first to see if your order qualifies.

Hats, Socks , Custom work and sale items are FINAL SALE. All else is eligible for returns and exchanges. This promotion cannot be applied to past or future orders.
We will accept unworn, new items, no alternations with no damage (this includes scented products that linger on the garment and deodorant marks) tags attached, unaltered within 14 days from you receiving the shipment.
Example if you received your order October 1st, we must receive the item back October 15th.
If you are outside of the 14 day window we cannot accommodate returns, exchanges or credits. No exceptions.
Please package your return items carefully to avoid any damage while in transit.
Return processing fee is $10. This amount will be deducted from your total refund.
Any item bought in person at a pop up event or market is final sale.
Phone cases, paper products (including prints and cards), socks , copal , hats are all final sale.
Yarrow Goods, Yarrow Studio LLC have the right to deny a return if the item does not fit their return criteria above. It is at the discretion of Yarrow Goods to accept or deny returns.
Clearance and sale items
Any item on sale & in our clearance section is considered final sale i.e., no exchanges, refunds, returns. No exceptions.
Please note most items are pre order and can take up to 4 weeks to ship out due to garment shortages.
Pre order means we are out of stock of the item or it is in production- when you checkout and select your size and it says pre-order this means you are reserving the item and it will ship when it is ready. Our lead times for pre orders rang from 1-6 weeks currently. Most items ship. in 2-3 weeks but this is an estimation and your order may take longer than anticipated due to shortages and the made to order nature of our pieces. We are a very small company so please be patient when expecting your order. There are also worldwide garment and industry shortages right now so there may be a longer than expected wait time for shipments. Please read your item listing carefully before checking out.
Returned items that have deodorant marks, alterations, stains, or heavily scented products (perfume) may be subject to your return being voided. If your product is returned to us and does not meet our return standards and is considered unsellable, you will be subject to either a return rejection or a $25 non-refundable restocking and cleaning fee per item which will be deducted from your refund total. Ultimately your returned pieces must be in the same condition it was shipped out to you in.
Items in our clearance section or items on sale are final sale however items ordered using a welcome discount or other email discounts are still eligible for returns.
Discounts cannot be applied to past or future orders.
This includes attempting to cancel an existing order and placing a new order to use a discount or promotion code.
You may cancel an order you placed within 15 minutes of purchasing from our website. After this grace period we cannot accommodate cancelations. Please pay attention to your purchase and checkout.
We cannot accommodate cancelations after 15 minutes of you placing your order. Our products our mostly made to order and this is states several places on our site. It is the responsibility of the consumer to understand and read store policy prior to purchase- therefore we cannot cancel your order if you did not read our statement regarding extended shipping times. Please reach out with questions prior to purchase if you are unclear.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within the criteria above- once we receive the item back in original condition within 14 days, we will refund you on the original payment method and deduct $10 from your return.
Each financial institution is different with processing refunds, but please expect a refund on your original form of payment within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.

You can either start an exchange on our returns portal or email us for an exchange if you are within the return window. firstname.lastname@example.org
For store credit we will issue you store credit in the form of a code that can be used at checkout. Please send the item back in it's original form and once we receive it we will issue you store credit. There is no charge for sending your item back to receive store credit. Store credit never expires and can be used like a gift card at checkout. Please keep your code once we send it to you as we cannot retrieve the full code once it is administered to the customer. Sorry, no exceptions.
We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping times may be delayed due to COVID 19. Yarrow Goods, Yarrow Studio LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen or missing parcels once we give your item to the shipper. The shipping provider and customer retain all responsibility once it leaves our facility. If there is an issue with a lost package we will do our best within our capabilities to assist you within reason. Please understand lost or stolen packages are not the fault of Yarrow Studio LLC.
Route Package Protection
Route package protection is optional when checking out, however we highly encourage this option. If your package should get lost or stolen, we will be able to assist you in filing a claim. If you do not purchase Route package protection Yarrow Studio LLC cannot assit you in filing a claim, replacing the lost package or refunding you. Without Route package protection the customer is responsible for filing a claim personally with the shipping courier. Route is non-refundable. If you need to file a claim with Route you may do so on your own or we can try our best to assist you.
We use DHL for international orders because this is the safest and most reliable shipper internationally. Please do not ask if you can use alternate shippers, in our experience if something goes wrong this is by far the best carrier for international shipments.
International orders are responsible for paying any shipping charges for returns; this includes any fees for duties and taxes. Please use the carrier of your choice to return the merchandise.
Shipping charges and costs
At checkout there will be several rates available- the carriers charge by weight and size of the parcel. There are circumstances where if we find a more economical shipping alternative we will default to that option once we are ready to send your item. Example; you paid $15 for UPS ground, but when we are ready to ship the actual package UPS is charging $20 and USPS is charging $17, we will choose USPS. You will always receive tracking.
Yarrow Goods, Yarrow Studio LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once it leaves our facility it is in the hands of the shipping courier. We will do our best within our means and capabilities to assist you should something arise but are not responsible for the damage or loss.
As stated above, we are not responsible for lost packages. Please know, we are not USPS and have no capability of retrieving a package or tracking a package beyond the information provided in your shipment confirmation email. If your package is lost there are two options; 1. If you purchased Route Package Protection, we can assist you in filing a claim if need be. Alternatively you can file a claim with Route. 2. If you did not cover Route insurance, you will need to file a claim yourself via USPS. Please note we are unable to assist in filing claims via USPS at this time. The customer is responsible for filing a claim with any lost parcels.
Replacement merchandise for lost packages
Please note we are a small company with primarily made-to-order merchandise. Because of this, if your package is lost by the fault of the shipping carrier, we cannot typically send a replacement. If Route Package Protection is purchased, we are send you a replacement or offer you refund. Please note replacements may take some time if the item is not in stock.
Order issues for packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments (20 days for international shipments, including Canada unless a Canadian merchant is shipping within Canada in which case the 7 day domestic shipment timeline applies) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
After 48 hours has passed from an estimated delivery date given from the carrier, and no delivery or update has been made, Route will consider the order to be "lost" and assist with next steps.
Any promotion or promotional code cannot be applied or combined with any past or current orders if the purchase was made outside the timeframe in which the discount was valid.
